Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Method
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Rates
Flat-rate shipping is $6.95. Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
KONG Collective is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked delivered by the carrier. If your package can't be located, contact the carrier first — then email hello@kongcollective.com and we'll help however we can.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
